It is known than it accordance with Energy Strategy of Russia for the period until 2030 and refineries modernization program oil refining ratio have to reach 85% during coming 15 years. That means that production of marine bunker is going down – from 187,2 thousands of tonnes in 2012 to 57,9 thousands of tonnes in 2015.
Mr. Kapustin will expand on this subject during the X Forum “Current State and Prospects for Development of Russian Bunker Services Market” which will be held in Saint-Petersburg on June 29-30, 2017.
