Meeting of the Board of Association was held on September 23, 2010. Applications from four companies (TNP Bunker (Kazan), Transneft-Service (Novorossiysk), Trans Oil Service (Novorossiysk), EKOTek (Saint Petersburg))were the first issue in the agenda. The Board of Association approved applications and all companies got membership. Brief information: TNP Bunker is a daughter company of Tatnnefteproduct Holding Company. It was founded in 2006. TNP Bunker supplies heavy oil (L-0,2-62), I type marine low viscosity fuel and diesel oil (М16G2CS and M14B2) in the following ports: Yaroslavl, Kazan, Volgograd, Chistopol, Samara, and Rostov-on-Don. The company owns 16 vessels including oil tankers, carrying capacity 550 tons, 4 self-propelling fuel vessels, fuel oil barges, capacity up to 2250 tons. There are also several storage facilities in Yaroslavl, Kazan, Volgograd and Rostov-on-Don with capacity from 1200 up to 3200 tons. Transneft-Service was established in 2007. Major activities: oil wholesale trade; oil and oil products loading in Russia and for export; export transhipment services; marine vessel agency in Novorossiysk port. Transneft-Service operates in Novorossiysk, Odessa, Saint Petersburg, Primorsk, Kozmino ports and in Kerch Strait. The company owns bunker tankers Ophelia (deadweight 6400 tons) in Primorsk and Saint Petersburg and Orion (deadweight 3848 tons) in Novorossiysk. The company also provides bunkering services at Sheskaris oil terminal berth in Novorossiysk. Trans Oil Service was founded in 1995 to offer bunkering services in Novorossiysk. It owns Melany tanker. EKOTek was established in 2005. Operations: transhipment, oil products manufacturing and storage, wholesale trade, bunkering services. The company operates in Saint Petersburg and Ust-Luga ports. It owns Amur tanker, deadweight 1300 tons, and personnel launch Tsaritsa Alexandra. EKOTek rents an oil storage facility, capacity 7000 tons, for a long term.
